What are Stony Lake Cruises's office hours?


Our ticket office is open 10am to 5pm during the regular season and is always open 1 hour before a scheduled departure.




Does Stony Lake Cruises operate in severe weather?


Stoney Lake is a small calm Lake. There is almost no condition under which we would not sail, although our crew is ever mindful of conditions and there is a slim chance of cancellation due to weather.




What happens if a cruise is cancelled by Stony Lake Cruises?


Should a cruise be cancelled we will reschedule your reservation or provide you with a gift certificate for a future cruise.




What are the depature locations?


The ship sails from ST. Julian Wharf, 610 St. Julian Viamede Rd., Woodview, ON K0L3E0




Are there restrooms onboard?


There are restrooms aboard ship.




What is Stony Lake Cruises smoking policy?


In Accordance with Federal and Local Law smoking is prohibited on board.




Can I bring a pet with me?


Pets are not allowed on board, although accredited service dogs are welcome.




Does Stony Lake Cruises operate under the supervision of the Transport Canada?


The ship is a Transport Canada inspected Passenger Vessel and meets or exceeds their standards.




Is the boat accessible to those with disabilities?


The ship can accommodate manual wheelchairs unfortunately we are not able to deal with scooters or other motorized devices. We will do all we can to accommodate those with special needs.




Will I receie confirmation of my purchased ticket?


You will receive a confirmation which you can either print as your boarding pass or save to your phone to be scanned for boarding.




Does Stony Lake Cruises offer senior or military rates?


We do not offer senior or military discounts.




Are children allowed on the cruises?


Children are allowed on many of our cruises. Evening dining and party cruises require guests to be 19 years of age or older.




Do I get a private table and how is seating assigned?


Tables are assigned on order of booking by the ship’s purser just prior to the cruise. The ship has large panoramic views from all seats.




Can I reserve a window table?


Guaranteed window seats are available for an additional fee.




If I cancel my tickets, can I get a refund?


There are no refunds for those who miss their cruise.




If I miss my cruise, can I get a refund?


There are no ticket refunds if you miss your cruise.




How steady is the cruise, will I get seasick?


Stoney Lake is a protected inland lake and as such is always calm, you will not get seasick.




Can I bring my own food and drinks?


No the ship is licensed under the ALGCO and Board Of Health all food and drink must be provided by Stoney Lake Cruises.
